It appears that a lot of work was put into the aquascaping and coral placement. Very well done. That sump area makes me claustrophobic though!

ed, those stats are from 2009. He has since changed his lighting and added an additional 250w.

I'd also add Radiums on HQIs can look white in comparison to the Royal Blue LEDs and Blue Plus lamps that illuminate many reefs!

On a slighly related note, I'm still in disbelief that some online LFS only photograph their animals under blue lamps.

Am I understanding correctly that he's using a 250W Radium 20K and supplemental actinics? If so, nothing about that is “not blue.” That's ALL blue.
