For faster turnaround times and flexibility EcoTech Marine is set to launch a new online parts store by February 19th. The new store will allow Vortech users to order replacement parts, such as new wetsides, when they need it and more importantly, when they have a chance to.
“Enthusiasts who need a replacement drive shaft or other part are no longer restricted to East Coast business hours,” said EcoTech President, Tim Marks. “They can order anytime from anywhere in the United States.”
The EcoTech Parts Store will only sell replacement items and will not offer full Vortech pumps. Full pumps must be purchased through the company’s retail network. Hats off to the EcoTech crew. This move supports the hobbyist without taking away from retailers.
“In our quest to constantly improve our retailer and customer relations, launching an online parts store was a natural step. Our retailers now have the option of holding less low-volume, low-margin inventory,” says Marks. “And they can streamline their own customer relations by directing product support to our website and online store.”
