Just this week, Cerritos, California based CASCO Group Inc. was been acquired by North American Pet Products. N.A. Pet only acuired the North American Division of CASCO, who has operations and distribution through North America and Europe. Casco is better known by industry insiders, rather than hobbyists, for their store fixtures and retail displays. They are as big box as it comes in that regard, supplying massive chains such as PetSmart, PETCO and Walmart with integrated aquarium displays and filtration systems.
The financial terms of the deal have not been publicly disclosed, but North American Pet has shared in their press release that business will resume as normal.
