Every now and then we get the itch for colorful Ricordea eyecandy. We think these stunners will scratch that itch for years to come. These corallimorphs appear to be Ricordea florida, but rival the coloration of the most beautiful Ricordea yuma; which all too often “melt” in brightly lit reef tanks.

These photos were taken by Tomasz Michalczak of Paradise Corals. Asking price from Paradise was $50 to $75 per polyp… that is if they are still available.
If they are not, don’t blame us. As I write this I glanced over at the display tank to see one Chaetodon going to town on the underside of a rainbow R. yuma… #%@$!
