The full Profilux III will cost $599, which includes:

- (2) Level Sensor
- pH
- (4) 1-10v interfaces
- USB
- RS232
- LAN with built in webserver
The Profilux III EX will run an additional $100, for $699 total. Like the II and II EX differences, the III EX includes all the above listed items plus:
- An additional Level

For owners looking to upgrade to the full Profilux III EX, first an EX kit must be added upgrading the model to the II EX. From there the III upgrade kit can be added for the full III EX features.
