the skimmer is now up and running early results are very promising and being able to completely strip the skimmer down is god send and it was very easy to set up too,i had my doubts when i see the foam impeller but the air it produces is very fine and the air though the diffuser plate is incredible smooth with very little turbulence within he skimmer body, this is a prototype i believe, as is the impeller design for me to try ,but my early thought are that this back to basics skimmer with minimal turbulence and long contact time will perform extremely well

Hi Michael

We did not create a total new skimmer series and make the 7 th copy of a cone skimmer.

The prices will be fixed latest in January and will be some of them cheaper as in the moment stands in the list.
the Skimmers are not yet on the market and there are several wheel designs available.
The skimmers are extrem easy to set up and stabil in foam production.
We produce our skimmers 100 % in germany use original acrylic and original Aquabeepumps.
This is not made with chinese price calculation.

Best regards claude

I was thinking the exact same thing regarding the mesh wheel. I have that foam sitting in a closet for a quarantine tank. Wonder how quick that'd get plugged up.
