That’s fantastic, and I don’t say that word concerning that man EVER, except for “that’s fantastic that he’ll be gone soon”. I think, and I may be mistaken, but I’m 90% sure I read this-I think he did the same thing (named a portion of the ocean/reefs as a National Monument) in a large portion of the Hawaiian islands about a year or so ago. I’d imagine he knows what he’s done to this country and is desperately trying to go out on some kindof a good note. Whatever the reason, it’s great to see and I hope more of the same is to come.
