B Box, a LFS located in Japan, recently got in 6 adult Centropyge interruptus. These prized angels require cool water (75F) and do best as juveniles. Adults are terribly difficult to acclimate to captivity and often perish for no identifiable reason–as is the case with the last 4 adult Interruptus that were imported a few months back. These adults do not appear to be quite full size and will forgo shipping stress as they are endemic to Japan. The price? Just over $500USD, much less than they sell for here largely due to shipping and handling cost. For perspective, Swissguard basslets that sell for for under $100 go for more than twice that in Japan.
