Victor at ATB USA put together this video of the new Multi Use ATB Cone Skimmer running in the HOB (Hang On the Back) configuration on Lam’s (LCN) beautiful reef. Normally this aquarium is skimmer by an Airstar powered ATB Medium. ATB has switched to an Eheim 1250 NW pump to power this new Multi Use skimmer for 330lph of air draw. The skimmer will come with a 13mm venturi, but other sizes will be available to tune the skimmer to the aquarist’s choice. And since many love looking at skimmate pics (why exactly is that?), here’s the Multi Use Cone running in sump and extracting it’s fair share of waste. This model is rated for 90g and expect to see if hit stores in early March.
