@Leon – Still no word from Vitrea. There is a lot going on in the LED industry right now both technologically and legally. Hopefully we will see them hit the market this year.

Hi again, we gave a shout out last year Sept- asking if anyone had any knowledge of the Vitrea LED Lighting, well it seem’s that if you go to their website (Vitrea.it) they have new products in “Accessori,” then clicking on “Illuminazione,” or just click on “Dettagli” in the home page. Slight problem though, im not getting any picture’s, can anyone HELP?

It seems that lighting is one of the fastest growing area’s of the reefing hobby. I have high hope for reef lighting, especially with LEDs.

I don’t feel it would any worse than other lights. It looks to be about 5-6″ off the water… so splash should be no issue.

No more cleaning than a glass table… then again our glass coffee table is cleaned every day.

The light looks awesome…but keeping the glass clean on the light seems like it would require cleaning 3x/day.

There are not too many things that make me say wow, but WOW!
