We have a few in mind, but at the end of the day it’s about finding the right specimen. Some Roa Butterflies are definitely on the list, along with some other Chaetodontids…

What fish are you guys going after?

Just curious. I’ve been running mine at approx 74-76F during the winter and 75-77F during the summer with no ill effects. My primary reason is similar, although it may be some time before the fish I’m after pops up. Additionally these are the temps my tank seems to hover around with minimal input on my part (no heater/chiller).

Hey Brandon,

We have our eye on a few deepwater fish that would need the lower temp. It likely won’t be awhile until the fish we have in mind are collected again, but this will give time for our current fish and corals to acclimate.
