      Schuran has a patent on the “bell”. I wonder how this mfg is getting around that?

      I have heard that as well. I am not sure the coverage of the patent, or the manufacturer’s view on it.

      We have an interesting article series on the way relating to patents and aquaria related equipment from an outside writer, that will hopefully touch on this.
