The Lyra is a full RGB LED pendant, according to Limulus it has a consumption of 250w with an output equivalent of a 400w DE Halide. Users can adjust the Kelvin up to 20,000K with dimming capabilities from 0-100%. It also has lunar cycle and sunrise/sunset abilities.

Our friend Danilo captured this image of Limulus’ new Caelum LED pendant at InterZoo… note the sign. There will be two Caelum models available; 1 for Marine and 1 for Freshwater. Energy consumption is 160w, no information on PAR or intensity.

The Marine version will be made up of 75% 9000K LEDS and 25% 420nm blue LEDs, with the FW version  containing 100% 6,500 K LEDs. The fixture is said to have a USB adapter allowing wireless control via a PC.

Next up is the Vela. The Vela comes in various “LED Bar” configurations of 4, 6 or 8 and of varying lengths. The ~24in bar pulls 24w, ~36in 36w, ~48in 48w and  ~60 in 60w. Yeah you guessed it, about 1watt per inch. Limulus says a single LED Bar will replace 2 T5 bulbs of equal length.

It utilizes high efficiency LEDs ranging in color temperature from 3,000K to 20,000K and has an optional built in Vela Controller that functions as a timer and also allows intensity to vary through out the day. Different color options are available… even chrome.
