(if you see our recent pictures you can see the reflection of one of the spots) this one in particular is made to run on 50hz as it has an internal ballast, but in general bulbs will work here if the proper ballast is used. I believe I have tracked down a ballast that will fire high kelvin MH spots @ 24watts...just working on getting the bulbs shipped here from Japan. Eric Hi Vince,
