    Stats

    • Tank 72″x72″x28″
    • T5 Lighting (22) 80w Coral Light + (8) 80w Fiji Purple
    • Skimmer KZ Revolution M with Whiteline Injector
    • Tunze Streams + Return for 18,000gph turnover

    Dosing
    • 5L Zeovit
    • 2ml Zeobak 1-2x week
    • ZeoZym 1x week, 5-6 spoonfuls. Skimmer shut off for 8 hrs after.
    • ZeoSpur2 after ZeoZyme Dose.
    • 3-5ml ZeoStart daily
    • 8-10ml Xtra daily
    • 20ml B Balance + 10 drops Sponge Power + 1-2ml PIF 2-3x  week
    • 10-20 drops JOD Komplex 1x week
    • 40-50 drops Vitalizer 1x week
    • 20ml K Balance Strong 1x month
    • 4-5ml Stylo Pocci Glow
    • 50ml Coral Snow 1x week

While some may find the coloration of these corals overly pastel or light in color, it’s worth noting this is done by choice and that Zeovit can obtain darker coloration. The light coloration seen here is largely due to T5s and Spur2 / B Balance dosing which lightens the tissues.

Here are a few links to compare and contrast the growth of the corals, as well as the little Goldflake Angel. Impressive to say the least.

Gorgeous, incredible tank. Personally, I really like the pastel colors a lot of zeo users have. The only problem with zeo, in my opinion, is being a slave to the tank. If I thought I could handle constant dosing to the tank, I would jump in head first. I just can’t imagine having to babysit the tank so much.

“While some may find the coloration of these corals overly pastel or light in color…” Psh. This tank rocks!

This is by far, my favorite reef tank. I am planning a trip to Europe this summer and I plan on visiting the KZ shop to check this tank out in person. Thanks for the pics!

an outstanding tank that any aquarist may strive for, albeit too light / unnatural for a stony coral reef in my opinion. but then, who doesn’t want abrilliant tank in their living room…?!

Gosh, that’s almost getting to the point where you may as well use plastic. (Not saying it doesn’t look lovely – it does. Just that everyone will assume your corals are fake anyway!)

Agree with the comment about dosing. That’s the problem with all these ULNS… You just want to plug in a peri pump for a month and look out for problems. It’s not evil to admit that counting out 9 drops every wednesday isn’t my idea of fun, is it? ;)

I wish I knew more about corals because they are just so beautiful. I’m going to have to do some reading and take a trip to Germany. The pictures themselves are amazing!
