Korallen Zucht

The makers of ZeoVit, have come out with a new equipment line. The KZ revolution protein skimmer has been out, but in addition to the in sump models they have created a hang on the back (HOB) protein skimmer; likely to compete with ATBs HOB model. We really do not like the neon orange acrylic, but it seems like Pohl is sticking with it. Users say they do work well, and in the end that’s what matters most. Here’s an image  Klaus took for Korallenriff.de showing the KZ Display.

    i enjoy reading articles on this site. I heard the Revolution skimmer from Korallen have pattent to it in Germany. Do you know if this correct and if they do, why does ATB skimmer look the same?

    Hi Lou,

    Thanks for stopping by. I am not sure on the situation. There was quite a stir with ATB producing their Cone skimmer, with threats of Patent infringement. Perhaps Hahn, will chime in as I know he was involved with some of the discussions.
