Around this time last year Hydor recalled many of their Koralia 2 and 3 pumps, but a few are still reporting electrical issues or voltage leaks. We know many of our readers use these pumps so to be safe here’s the info you need to see if you have a problem pump that slipped through.

Because not every Koralia #2 and #3 were effected, we did not consider this an all out recall. If you check the label on your pump there is a 3 digit number on it. If it is 713, then you are OK. If it is 649 or 704, it could be effected by the defect. If it is, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please send it to the following address with your name, address and phone number so we know where to send the new one.
